No. Contracts are not enforced within our community. When you sign up for one of our services, you must ensure you agree with our terms and policies. However, any client is free to terminate the use of our services, if ever needed.

We accept secured debit or credit payments through our online payment portal system. We also provide payment options through PayPal. Members will gain access to the payment portal upon signing up for one of our services.
For members who would like to make their payments over time, we request that you inform us of this preference so we can send you a secured invoice through PayPal, which allows you to use their “pay in 4” or monthly payment options.
DMA is a fan of discounts and promotions – who isn’t? We specifically curate promotions throughout the year, which are routinely updated here. Beyond that, we offer discounted rates for a) service members, b) educators, c) groups|families, and d) schools. We also have a referral program, allowing members to receive benefits for helping expand our exclusive community.

As of now, our services are all offered online to reach as many individuals in need of DMA's educational support. Luckily, this means you can get help from wherever is most convenient for you.
Students should expect to get paired with a tutor within 48 hours after submitting their "New Student Intake Form."
After students are assigned an educator, they will gain access to their custom, private Google Classroom. At this point, the educator and student can introduce themselves to each other and schedule their first appointment. Students are also encouraged to share any materials or information about their learning needs and goals before the first lesson takes place.
Session lengths are dependent upon the student's goals, needs, and preferences.
Typically sessions last between one to two hours.
Sessions take place through Google Classroom. Each student is provided a private, personalized virtual classroom that is only accessible to the student and their educator. The virtual classroom session room is equipped with a series of engaging and useful tools for learning -- whiteboard, screen sharing, session recording, live streaming, Q&A, custom homework assignment, practice assessments, material sharing, and more.
The structure of sessions depends on the needs and goals of the student. Some students need homework support, subject remediation, test prep, study skills & organization, or academic coaching. Depending on the combination of needs, our educators will design the best course of action for each session.
The materials students may need for lessons depends on the situation. We typically recommend that students have a pencil and paper (for note-taking), a calculator (for any math-based lessons), and headphones (for improved audio quality). DMA Educators will communicate with students if any additional materials are required.
Yes, if you refer a student to DMA, and they sign up to start tutoring, you will receive $25 off a future tutoring package. We hope that all our students and clients have a positive experience at DMA, and we welcome referrals.
Yes, we offer group sessions. This is most beneficial for students who need assistance with the same subjects or schools who have students in need of support teaching for small groups of students.
Once the "New Student Intake Form" is completed and assessed by the our education team, an information package will be sent via email breaking down cost options based on the amount of session hours needed.
We do offer sessions single sessions, but we notice the most positive change and improvement comes from weekly lessons. Hence, we encourage our students to be dedicated and consistent about their growth journey.
This is completely acceptable. In cases like these, we evaluate students for any potential knowledge gaps they might have. If they are all up to par in their respective grades, we can dedicate our lessons to getting ahead and ensuring they are appropriately learning their current class content.

Our DMA Educators and Coaches are well-equipped to address the varied needs of academic students and career clients. Each of our team members has undergone background checks and is routinely vetted. They have obtained a collegiate education and have experience in teaching. Finally, each team member is passionate about education and they are excited to help every student achieve their goals.
Before your first session (and any future ones), students should assess whether they have any specific materials they would like to work on during the lesson. If no specific materials are needed for review, students should consider any focus areas they need help with or any preparation required for upcoming assessments. Also, it is beneficial to keep DMA educators up to date with what students are learning in school. Any information or materials should be sent over to DMA Educators prior to the lesson via the Google Classroom announcement section. This will allow Educators the opportunity to plan and customize the best lesson experience possible. If students do not know what they need help with specifically, that is also fine!
We also recommend students use wireless or wired headphones to optimize audio quality during the session and to help drown out any potential background noise.
Parents, teachers, and guardians are not required or expected to make an appearance during the initial lesson. They are welcome to do so at the beginning of the lesson to briefly share their point of view on the student's current academic situation and express any needs they would like addressed for the students. However, this can also be done so over email before the initial lesson and any future sessions if needed. For all future lessons, we request that parents, teachers, and guardians do not remain near the student during the sessions, as we find it to be a distraction for students.
Students (and their guardians) will receive consistent notes from their DMA educator regarding sessions. These updates will be sent out within two days after each session. Educators will share any vital information regarding sessions, discussed topics, student progress, noteworthy successes, and any updates for future lessons.
